Diagonal of rectangle is sqrt45 with length twice of width, find length and width

After many fruitless attempts, I've been truly beaten by this problem which really I should be able to solve in seconds (but I guess the culmination of tiredness etc. has defeated me)

Please help!

Problem:
A rectangle has a length twice its width. Its diagonal is sqrt45cm.
What are the length and width of the rectanlge

The diagonal of a rectangle is sqrt45, and the length of the rectangle is twice the width. Find the length and width.

I have no idea what to do with this problwm, so any help is greatly appreciated

Draw a rectangle ABCD.

Join AC and that is the diagonal of the rectangle.

Let BC = x and AB = 2* x

Invoke Pythagoras to set up an equation and solve!!
