We start with the electric force formula.

\(\displaystyle F = k\frac{qQ}{r^2} = qE\)

\(\displaystyle \left|F\right| = \left|-1.6 \times 10^{-19}(1360)\right| = 2.18 \times 10^{-16} \ \text{N}\)

If this force acts on a positive charge, it will be pushed within the same direction of the force (or field). Then, a negative charge like the electron will be pushed to the opposite side (west).
