FUNCTIONS: Is the relation y = -x also a function?

I have a question that I dont know and it may be simple to some of you but any help would be fully appreciated.here goes the problem:

Is the relation a function?

y=-x

Use the Vertical Line Test. Can't get much easier than that problem.
