You don't indicate whether CA and RM are bases or sides. If they are bases, then you can use the fact that the median of a trapezoid is equal to one-half the sum of the bases.

BUT, that said.....

The median of a trapezoid joins the midpoints of the non-parallel sides.

The length of the median of a trapezoid is the average of the lengths of the parallel sides of the trapezoid.

If OL is the median of the trapezoid, then OL = (1/2)*(sum of the lengths of the parallel sides)
