What is the basis of such belief? Please share your calculations (leading to such belief).B is demanding all the payment, on the first for The next month now
I believe that if if pay 200 a week and on the first i am being forced to pay 800 that makes it 1600 a month
If A pays B 200 a week right from the first, and B now ask for 800 on the first,What is the basis of such belief? Please share your calculations (leading to such belief).
But that 5 th week is NOT within a month of the first week......If A pays B 200 a week right from the first, and B now ask for 800 on the first,
Month1= Week 1, 200, week2 200, week3 200, week4 200,
On week5 B is demanding full payments
Which make from 0 to 5 = 1600
But that 5 th week is NOT within a month of the first week......

Exactly, unless you want to count 0 as value,
So how much is due on week 5?
First, as Subhotosh Khan correctly said, this is first and foremost a legal question: what does the contract say. Only when we know the exact terms of the contract does this become a math problem. If A pays B $200 a week, how much is due to B on the first of every month...
Now B. Changed the rules and demand all 4 weeks in one payment how much is on the first of next month
This is rent, A was paying weekly 200 on. Verbal and mutual agreedmentFirst, as Subhotosh Khan correctly said, this is first and foremost a legal question: what does the contract say. Only when we know the exact terms of the contract does this become a math problem.
Second, as a practical matter, there is a difference in practices relating to whether payment involves wages or salaries.
Third, it is almost invariably the case that payment is made after the work is done. People who are paid by the week are not paid on the first or last days of the week.
Fourth, only one month of the year can possibly contain exactly four weeks. if an employer did agree to pay for multiple weeks' worth of work on the first day of the month, we would need to know how many weeks there were in the relevant month and whether the relevant month was the month preceding the month of payment or some other month.
So the rent is not $800 per month??
This is rent, A was paying weekly 200 on. Verbal and mutual agreedment
Yes 200 per week, 800 per month, 9600 per year and so on, but it was initially 200 week, the problem is that by changing the terms it makes it 1600 in one monthSo the rent is not $800 per month??
I don't think that is true. Start of week 1 pay $200. Start of week 2 pay $200. Start of week 3 pay $200. Start of week 4 pay $200. 1st of month pay $800. The 4-$200 was for 4 weeks (ie a month) and the $800 was for the next month. So yes you paid $1600 but it was for 2 months of rent.B is demanding all the payment, on the first for The next month now
I believe that if if pay 200 a week and on the first i am being forced to pay 800 that makes it 1600 a month
Consider it this way. The 1st of the 2nd month you were supposed to pay $800 but you didn't't have it. All you had on the 1st was $200 and agreed to pay $200 each week for a total of 4 weeks (including the payment you made on the 1st). This would keep things the same yet it is equivalent to making the total payment on the 1st.Yes 200 per week, 800 per month, 9600 per year and so on, but it was initially 200 week, the problem is that by changing the terms it makes it 1600 in one month
Rents are generally paid in the beginning of a period (week or month). Also remember paying monthly (as opposed to weekly) is advantageous for the renter (when there is no interest to consider) - considering the full year. There are 12 months/annum but there 52 weeks/annum.Yes 200 per week, 800 per month, 9600 per year and so on, but it was initially 200 week, the problem is that by changing the terms it makes it 1600 in one month
You do realize, I hope, that if you do not explain things clearly, it will prevent, or at least delay, getting a meaningful answer. This is rent, A was paying weekly 200 on. Verbal and mutual agreedment
