I would just like to know how it went from the Top problem to the next step, thank you!

\(\displaystyle 18.5\, -\, 0.4x\, >\, \dfrac{3\, -\,0.01x}{0.2}\)

Steps:

\(\displaystyle \dfrac{37}{2}\, -\, \dfrac{2}{5}\, x\, >\, \dfrac{3\, -\, \dfrac{1}{100}\, x}{\dfrac{1}{5}}\)

Why? What did you get when you converted from decimals to fractions?

Please show all your work. Thank you! ;)
