inequality: 18.5 - 0.4x > (3 - 0.01x)/0.2 => 37/2 - (2/5)x > (3 - x/100)/(1/5): how?

The original problem uses decimals and the modified version uses fractions. But the values of each term are still the same. What did you find when you compared the values (e.g. 18.5 and 37/2)?
