If I have a lake that at 3.02m from the top the volume is 602,086 cubic metres, what is the volume at 5m from the top and how do i work it out?????

One assumption you would need to make is that the lake had a known shape and what that shape is. Along with this is the area of the lake as a function of depth.

An example:
Assume a lake with a constant cross section area of 60208.6 m² [about 602 m by 100m or some such]. Then for every metre of depth the volume would change 60208.6 cubic metres. At 3.02m from the top, the depth below that level would be 602086/60208.6=10m and the lake would be 13.02m deep with a total. The volume at x metres from the top would be [602086-(x-3.02)*60208.6]m³
