Outdoor kitchen measurements!

Hi there! I design outdoor kitchens and most of my designs are straight or "L" (90 degree) shape islands and for those it's easy to determine missing measurements. However, for soft (45 degree) "L" and three piece islands I haven't been able to figure out a mathematical way to determine missing exterior measurements. Usually for those it's easy to determine interior measurements (sufficient length to accommodate the grill and equipment plus room for prep space/seating) but it's better to know the exterior measurements for more accurate pricing of the island. I've attached a relevant picture that better illustrates what I mean. Please math gurus, google has failed me, you're my only hope!

Since this is a commercial venture - why don't you hire a "poor" local high-school math (or trade) teacher to solve this?

I am sure s/he will appreciate the extra income!

The volunteers here give of their time, as they're able, to help students struggling with their math homework. As such, responses tend toward the mathematically "ideal".

For construction assistance, please consult with a qualified local contractor, as any responses here (besides taking time away from students) would not be of "real world" use.

...unless this actually is a homework problem, in which case, kindly please provide a clear listing of your thoughts and efforts so far, including recent topics of study and any formulas or methods from class that you think may be relevant to this exercise. Thank you!
