Periodic Function to find angles

I have the following question:

a wind turbine is 50m tall (to the rotation point). It has 3 blades that are each 12m long. At the end of one blade, Fred the fly is sitting. He starts when the blade is straight up, and it takes 30s for the blade to complete a full rotation.

a) Identify amplitude, period, domain and range in a graph.

b) Find the equation (I got y=12cos12t + 50)

c) Find the 2 angles (between 0 and 360) so that Fred is 58m off the ground.


Can you help with c) please???
 
y = a cos(bt) + c

Period is 2 Pi/b.

Pi is missing, in your answer to part b).

In other words, 12t is not the correct input for cosine.
