I think principle area ratio.

My method is finding coordinate of point D,E,F,G,H,I by linear equation.
Then use them to find area.
But it takes a lot of time.

I got hooked on this one and have finally solved it, but it is not an easy problem. Some hints: can you express the distance AD in terms of the height of the triangle ? How about the distance between G and the base BC ?
