hi, I'm supposed to show that by rearranging this expression, I should get x = x[sub:26h1c9jo]0[/sub:26h1c9jo]
sin[sup:26h1c9jo]-1[/sup:26h1c9jo](x/x[sub:26h1c9jo]0[/sub:26h1c9jo])[sup:26h1c9jo]1/2[/sup:26h1c9jo] - 1/2 sin[2sin[sup:26h1c9jo]-1[/sup:26h1c9jo](x/x[sub:26h1c9jo]0[/sub:26h1c9jo])[sup:26h1c9jo]1/2[/sup:26h1c9jo]] = pi/2
I don't even know if i've started it right..
i've substituted theta for sin[sup:26h1c9jo]-1[/sup:26h1c9jo](x/x[sub:26h1c9jo]0[/sub:26h1c9jo])[sup:26h1c9jo]1/2[/sup:26h1c9jo] so I've written the expression
theta - 1/2 sin(theta) = pi/2
..but I really don't know what I'm doing here!
thanks in advance!
