Do you have any thought on how to start. For example, if an element is in the intersection of sets, it is in every set over which the intersection is taken. If it is in the union then it is in one of the sets but not necessarily in any other.
 
You will also, of course, need to know what "bounded" and "convex" mean! What are the definitions of those words?
