Well for the first one, i used trig identity to sub and get 2-sin(x)=1+sin^2(x) but i dont know how to solve the rest

2 - sin(x)=1+ 6 * sin^2(x)

6 * sin^2(x) + sin(x) -1 = 0

[3 * sin(x) - 1][2 * sin(x) +1] = 0

Above is a quadratic equation. Solve for sin(x)
