Super tricky vectors Q: OA=4a, OB=4b; N div. AB in ratio 3:1; M,N,R & O,B,R collinear

A crucial part has been left out. Are we to assume that angle O is a right angle?
 
That's the whole question I do not know if we are supposed to assume it or not but the question does not tell us that it is a right angle
