understanding base four #'s

The question reads as follow:
'the decimal # 75 is equivalent to what base four number?

the book shows how to convert base 10 number and following that formula I can't understand how to solve the problem using base four number. :roll:
example:
23014powers of 5(#5lower than others)=1634powers of 10
please help

What do you mean "the decimal #75?". You mean what is 75 in base 4?.
