It has been 15 years I left highschool, so forgive me for not remembering this matter.

The first 3 would be clearer this way:
10 1/8
20 1/4
30 1/2

Y = 2^(X/10 - 4)

Example: If X = 70:
Y = 2^(70/10 - 4) = 2^(7 - 4) = 2^(3) = 8
